Refunds and Returns Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Salon Services: Once a service has been performed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Retail Products: Once a purchase is confirmed and the product leaves our salon or is shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Service Satisfaction

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds on services, if you are not 100% satisfied with your results, please notify us within 24–48 hours of your appointment.
  • We welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience and, at our discretion, may offer a complimentary “adjustment” service to ensure you love your look.

3. Appointment Cancellations

  • Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Fees: Per our policy, missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Pre-payments: Any fees paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • The only exception to our “All Sales Final” policy is in the case of a manufacturer defect or a product that is damaged upon receipt.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your receipt so we can evaluate the item for a potential replacement or credit.

5. Legal Requirements

  • Notwithstanding the above, we comply with all local and state laws.
  • Refunds will be issued only where specifically required by the laws of the State of New York.
